My updates/downloads to the Library are frozen - help!

This may be due to an audio or visual file becoming corrupted during the updating/downloading process.

If so, we’d recommend deleting and reinstalling Portal onto your device (don’t worry your current Membership status will be maintained when you reinstall the app).
