How can I check my subscription status and the date it will auto-renew?

You can check the status of your Portal Premium subscription and the date it is due to auto-renew by following these instructions:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Tap on your name/Apple ID located at the top of the screen and sign in if requested.
  3. Tap “Subscriptions”.
  4. Select Portal from your list of subscriptions.

Here you will be able to view the status of your subscription, including the date it is due to auto-renew.

If you do not see Portal listed this most probably means you are currently using the freemium version of Portal and have not activated a Portal subscription.

IMPORTANT: Apple processes payments 24 hours before the end of a billing cycle, which means if you did want to cancel your Portal Premium subscription you must do so no later than 24 hours before the renewal date of your current subscription.
