I’ve set up Family Sharing. What do we need to do now?

If you’re the person that purchased a monthly or annual Portal Premium Membership then you need to follow these steps to share Portal with your Family Sharing group:

  1. Open the “System Settings” app on your Mac.
  2. Click on your name, which should be at the top left of the window.
  3. Click “Family Sharing” on the right.
  4. Click “Set Up Family”, then follow the onscreen instructions to invite people to join your Family Sharing Group.

Once activated, members of your Family Sharing group will need to:

  1. Ensure their Mac is running at least macOS Ventura 13.1.
  2. Open the App Store app and click on their name in the bottom left corner.
  3. Click their name next to “Purchased by”.
  4. Select your name from the list that appears.
  5. Down Portal from your list of Family Shared apps.
