Apple handles all billing matters, and so only Apple can process refunds. You’ll need to contact Apple directly with your refund request, but please don’t worry we’ve detailed everything below.

To submit your refund request, you will need:
1. Your Apple ID and password to log in; and
2. The Apple purchase confirmation receipt emailed to your Apple ID email address.
