I’ve just downloaded Portal onto a new device, but my access has been locked, please help.

As long as you’re logged onto your new device with the same Apple account that you originally purchased your Portal Premium subscription with, you’ll be able to unlock your purchase by following the steps below.

  1. Log into your App Store Account and tap ‘Purchased’ in your account overview.
  2. Find Portal in your list of purchased apps.
  3. Tap the “Restore Purchase” link below the buy button and you’ll unlock Portal Premium on your new device.
