I'm having issues connecting my Philips Hue Bridge Pro

At the moment, Portal for iPhone and iPad doesn’t yet support the new Philips Hue Bridge Pro.

We're currently working on introducing support in the coming months.

In the meantime, we’re testing a beta that includes Hue Bridge Pro support. If you’d like to help with testing please email us at beta@portal.app

Please note, Portal for Mac supports the Hue Bridge Pro. So you can connect to your Hue Bridge Pro via your Mac in the interim.
