Tap the ‘Settings’ icon, the one that looks like a cog, located at the bottom right of the ‘Alarm Clock’ panel, see below.

Slide the ‘Backup Alarm Sound’ toggle to the right, so that it lights up blue, to activate the backup alarm.

You can also select which sound you would like for your alarm here too.
